BrightScale operates a technology-based marketplace and lead intermediation platform and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the GDPR and LGPD.

  • Usage and Technical Data: IP address, device and browser details, OS information, log files, interaction data, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Transaction Data: Payment status and history, credits purchased and used. BrightScale does not store full credit card numbers; all payments are processed by Stripe.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on performance of a contract, user consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate business interests including security, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
